Capturing Streams
The AWRE Camera System is connected to the schedule that you maintain on your awresports.com profile. When a game or practice is scheduled, the cameras will automatically fire streams to capture your event.
The AI in our software will begin looking for activity on your field about an hour before the scheduled event. Further, our cameras will stay on long AFTER activity on your field. So if your game runs longer or into extra innings etc, the cameras will still be capturing the action.
When scheduling a game or practice session, you will be prompted to “select AWRE Field.” If you do not select the AWRE Field, the cameras do not turn on. If “Select AWRE Field'' does not show up when scheduling a game, then this means you do not have AWRE AIR cameras and will be required to use mobile devices to stream your games. If you have an AWRE Air Camera System installed and still are not able to select an AWRE Field, please contact one of your AWRE team members.
Your Game and Practice schedule can be accessed from the “TEAM” tab on your awresports.com profile. It is important for stream quality to keep your schedule updated.**For login ID and password retrieval please reach out to your AWRE support team.
Although you never have to turn the cameras on, it is good practice to check the cameras periodically from your awresports.com overview page to ensure power.
